Return and Refund Policy

Returns/exchanges are only available for orders placed on our web store and delivered within the United States. They must be initiated from the same shipping location as the order.

For orders exceeding $100, returns/exchanges are accepted unless otherwise indicated in the product description (e.g., "Final Sale"). Orders under $100 are final sale.

Return requests per order are capped at $1000.

Returns exceeding $500 qualify for store credit or exchange, subject to availability.

Requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 2 days of receiving your package, and returns must be in transit to our shipping facility within 14 days of initial delivery. Returns shipped more than 14 days after the label creation date are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Items purchased from hazycompany.com must be returned at the customer's expense, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. They cannot be returned to any physical store location. Conversely, items from physical stores cannot be returned online.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charge unless the item is faulty or shipped incorrectly.

EXCHANGE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@hazycompany.com. Returns must be sent to the support-provided address; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there are defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item for prompt evaluation and resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as Final Sale items (e.g., Orders under $100, Discontinued Items), Custom Orders/Products (e.g., Custom/Made-To-Order Items, Handmade Items, Personalized Items), Hazardous Materials, etc. Contact us for specific item inquiries.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

For a quicker exchange, return the item, and upon acceptance, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt without justification. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Contact us if there are delays exceeding 15 business days after approval.
